岗位一:行政管理部文书管理岗(1人) 

Administrative Officer

(一)工作职责 

1、负责公司公文、资料的预处理; 

2、负责接收、下达及跟踪处理领导指示及落实情况;

Corporate Communications Officer

(一)工作职责

1、负责公司宣传文案的策划、采写、收集、编辑,公司活动图片拍摄、宣传资料整理归档;

Job Responsibilities:

-Mainly responsible for planning, interviewing, gathering, writing, editing, photographing and filing the company’s communication materials.

Technical manager

(一)工作职责

1、了解、跟进航运业有关的政府、船旗国、船级社等主管当局的最新公约、规范,及时指导下属企业执行;

2、了解、跟进航运业有关的最新实用技术、科研技改项目。推荐经评估合适的方案给管理层决策;

3、审核下属公司新造船、坞修船的工程合约、图纸、预算表等;

4、船用物资集中采购谈判;

5、与公司总部相关部门、各下属公司的配合与协调;

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

(二)任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,船舶轮机管理或相关机械专业,8年以上船舶轮机管理或新造船监造或验船师经验;

Job Responsibilities:

-Systematic interaction (meetings, dialogues, workshops, presentations) with authorities (Governments, Flag states, Class) to identify the new regulations and implement associated solutions.

-Understand and stay updated on the current industry development and trends and have overview of projects in other regions. Submit appropriate projects to top management for approval.

4、能熟练使用POWER BI、Alteryx Designer等某种数据分析软件;

Consolidated financial statements

(一)工作职责

1、依据会计准则和公司会计制度规定,编制公司合并报表和内部管理报表,按要求向股东单位、外部机构报送、披露相关财务信息,为管理决策提供财务分析数据。审核、监督、指导下属公司的报表编制工作,及时处理报表编制中出现的问题;

2、跟踪会计准则最新变化,评估对公司的影响并提出专业建议,修订并完善公司的会计制度体系;

3、配合维护和完善财务信息系统,定期更新财务报表模板,优化报表编制流程﹐不断提高报表编制效率;

4、组织公司及各成员单位的年度财务决算及外部审计工作,进行专业指导和协调,配合集团的外部审计工作;

5、参与财务管理,审定成员单位重大事项的会计处理,对公司重大投资项目,提供财务、税务等方面专业建议;

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

(二)任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,财经类专业,3年以上合并报表相关经验;

2、精通中国及香港会计准则及相关的法规、政策,具有良好的财务管理能力、学习能力和分析研判能力;

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare group management and statutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financial data and disclosure to stakeholders and external institutions as required for decision-making, supervise and review the preparation of the reports of subsidiaries.

-Organize group annual financial reporting and cooperate with external auditors about annual audit.

-Interpret and implement the latest PRC GAAP and provide timely technical support to subsidiary companies, maintain proper accounting policies.

-Assist in maintaining financial information system, regularly update the financial statement template.

-Prepare the accounting memos to analyze the complicated or unusual transactions in accordance with PRC GAAP.

-Prepare supporting materials for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

Accountant-Financial management

(一)工作职责

1、制定、修订公司的财务管理制度及相关规定办法,督导下属公司实施;

2、负责编制公司月度、季度、年度财务分析和专题分析报告。负责财务管理专题研究,定期分析公司财务状况,提出存在问题及解决方案,供决策参考;

3、负责完善公司的财务模型,定期调整和修订财务滚动规划,督导下属公司完善财务模型。负责公司年度财务预算的编制和上报,监督控制预算执行情况,对预算执行情况进行分析,评价预算执行结果。负责对接集团KPI指标设定及业绩考核,参与下属公司KPI指标设定及考核;

4、负责建立完善公司的财务对标体系,收集和整理行业数据,定期优化指标体系和分析方法。对各下属公司进行对标分析;

5、负责管理下属公司财务工作,督促及考核;

6、参与公司重大兼并重组项目,提供财务、产权、税务等方面意见建议;

7、完成领导交办的其他工作。

(二)任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,财经类专业,5年以上财务管理和分析经验;

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in the establishment and continuing improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

-Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis and thematic analysis report, research and document appropriate accounting analysis.

-Review and prepare group annual financials, forecasts and budget. Monitor and analysis the implementation of the budget.

-Participate in the KPI setting and performance management to the subsidiary companies.

-Establish and improve the financial benchmarking system, perform benchmarking analysis for subsidiaries.

-Enhance and streamline the group financial control, conduct performance management to subsidiary companies.

-Participate in major mergers & acquisitions projects and provide professional advice in investment, finance and taxation.
