卡内基科学研究所2020年博士后招聘(胚胎学)

The Zheng Lab at the Carnegie Institution’s Department of Embryology seeks ambitious postdoctoral fellows interested in understanding the role of lamins in mouse development. The Zheng lab has developed mouse models that allow the study of individual and different combinations of the three lamin genes using germline or conditional lamin knockout. The lab also developed mouse embryonic stem cells lacking all or different combinations of lamins. By employing a wide range of genomic tools and cell biological approaches, the lab has observed a number of interesting phenotypes in different lamin knockout combinations. We seek a postdoctoral fellow with skills in analyzing mouse early embryos, ES cell derivation, and the use of ES cells to study differentiation.
