Responsibilities		 1. 协助导师完成指定的科研项目。
2. 发表2篇高水平论文。
3. 申请科研项目。
1. Complete the designated scientific research project.
2. Published 2 high-level papers.
3. Apply for relevant scientific research projects.
聘用条件
Required qualification		 1.年龄不超过35周岁；
2.英语水平流利；
3. 具有坚实的研究基础。
1.No more than 35 years old.
2.A fluent level of English is mandatory.
3. Solid research foundation.
薪酬
Salary		 1.全职博士后至少18万元/年；外籍博士后：3-5万美元；
2.学校提供博士后公寓；
3.优秀者可竞聘正式编制教职。
1.Full-time post doctoral: 180,000 RMB or more;
Foreign postdoctor: US $30,000-50,000.
2.The post-doctoral apartments are provided； 
3.Excellent candidates may compete for full clerical positions.
